Exciting Things Are Happening

IATA is pleased to announce the launch of a new e-invoicing platform, Tradeshift. Tradeshift is a platform for business interactions that integrates with popular accounting systems and has a fast web interface to make the process easy. We are asking all IATA suppliers, where legally possible to invoice us for via Tradeshift E-invoicing. IATA’s payment terms remain the same and we anticipate no delays in processing invoices as suppliers begin to correctly submit their invoices through the platform.


Tradeshift E-invoicing will be the preferred way for vendors to submit invoices to IATA, either through the online web interface or by integrating it straight into your accounting software. Setting this up costs you nothing and should only take a couple of minutes.


If you do business with several IATA regional offices, please ensure you use the appropriate IATA connection when submitting your invoices.
